Forms

In order to sign up to take part in our football activities, you must fill out a Team Roaster or Player Information/Medical release form.  Navigate to the bottom of the rules to download a copy.

Eligibility

All participating teams must be currently registered with their Schools League or National Associations. All teams travelling from outside of the Caribbean area must present a duty authorized “PERMISSION TO TRAVEL” form. Participating teams must complete the team roster sheet provided. PASSPORTS, BIRTH CERTIFICATES or other valid proof of age may be requested by the Tournament Director and should be available on request. In the event of a dispute concerning player eligibility, the tournament committee’s decision shall be final.

Roster

Team rosters will be limited to 18 players. Players are not permitted to play in two different age groups.

Forfeits

If a team is unable to field seven (7) players, five minutes after the schedule starting time, the game shall be forfeited. If a team forfeits a game, the opponents will receive three points and a 2-0 victory.

Tournament Standings

The preliminary round winners will be determined by points. Points will be awarded as follows:-

Win – 3 Points
Tie – 1 Point
Loss – 0 points

At the end of the preliminary round, the top two teams will proceed to the final round.

If at the end of the preliminary round there is a tie in points, the winners will be determined by the following:-

Team with the most wins;
Result of game between the tied teams;
Goal difference;
Most goals;
Least goals allowed;
Toss of a coin.

Substitutions

Five substitutions per game will be allowed. Once a player has been substituted, he will take no further part in the game.

Home Team

For each game, the team whose name is listed first shall be considered the home team.

Team Equipment

Each team should have two (2) sets of different colored jerseys. In the event of a conflict of colors, the home team shall be required to change. The goalkeeper’s jersey should be distant from those of his team, the opposing team and the referee. All players must wear shoes and shin pads which conform to the requirements of FIFA.

Protests

All protests must be in writing and delivered to the Tournament Director together with a non-refundable cash fee of BDS $50.00 within one (1) hour of the game to which the protest relates.

Cautions/Elections

Any player/team official receiving two cautions (yellow cards) during the tournament will be automatically qualify for a one game suspension. Any player/team official ejected (red card) from the game will be automatically suspended from the following two (2) games in the tournament.

Duration of Games

Under 13 Two halves of 25 minutes – 5 minute half time (9 v 9)
Under 15 Two halves of 30 minutes – 5 minute half time
Under 17 Two halves of 35 minutes – 10 minute half time
Under 19 Two halves of 40 minutes – 10 minute half time

For the finals, if at the end of regulation time, the score is tied, then two halves of 5 minutes duration should be played. If the score remains tied at the end of extra time, then the game should be decided by penalty kicks as laid out in the FIFA laws of the game.

Conduct

The tournament committee relies on the coaches and managers to set the example of conduct and deportment and to exercise the necessary control over the players. We are here for a good time and to play football.

THE DECISIONS OF THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR SHALL BE FINAL
